Strawberry Thief (large graphics)

This drum shade is lined with clean white PVC. The PVC is anti-yellowing, anti-static, UV stabilized and fire resistant and made using quality powder-coated steel rings sets imported from the UK. My shades come fitted with a standard E27/B22 adapter.

Returns

I carefully check, wrap and package your order. Please contact me immediately if items arrive damaged, are not the product you’ve ordered, or are faulty. Please know that we will endeavour to put right any issues immediately.

Shipping
If your product needs to be returned it should be delivered to: Aho Shades, 216 Blue Mountains Road, RD1, Upper Hutt 5371

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the product must be in its original condition for a full refund to be made.

Courier damage

If a product appears to have been damaged due to the actions of the courier, generally the courier company will pick up the damaged goods and investigate what happened.

Lampshades will be carefully packaged and shipped to you via tracked mail.  Delivery times vary depending on your location however standard shipping time is 5-7 days.

My shades are available in standard heights, however I am happy to create a shade for you with a bespoke height.  An additional cost may apply depending one what you are after.  Please talk to me for more information.
